Common Services Centers (CSC) scheme is one of the mission mode projects under the Digital India Program (Details at http://www.csc.gov.in ), CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle, has been set up by the Ministry of Electronics & IT under the Companies Act, 1956 to oversee implementation of the CSC scheme.
CSC SPV provides a centralized collaborative framework for delivery of services to citizens through CSCs, besides ensuring systemic viability and sustainability of the Scheme.
CSCs are the access points for delivery of essential public utility services, social welfare schemes, healthcare, financial, education and agriculture services, apart from host of B2C services to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country. It is a pan-India network catering to regional, geographic, linguistic and cultural diversity of the country, thus enabling the Government’s mandate of a socially, financially and digitally inclusive society.
CSC Mobile Workforce Management(MWM) app enables CSC management to effectively track and communicate with their thousands of field staff located across different states. The staff include State Program Managers, District Managers etc. who are responsible to oversee CSC operations in respective areas.
CSC MWM app provides following facility :

- Improve dispatching processes,
- Communicate with field staff
- Get reports with photo and geo location.
CSC management gets comprehensive reports and analytics of field force operations through web portal of MWM Platform. This system improves monitoring, communication and control of Mobile field force and improves overall efficiency of the CSC.
